How it works:

1. FREE assessment (via messaging or telephone)

2. Submit supporting evidence (if requested by Prescriber, for example a recent blood pressure reading) and payment

3. Your prescription will be sent electronically to a pharmacy of your choice.

Tier is determined following initial assessment; considerations include: risk factors, Controlled Drugs, specialist prescribing.
